Historic Films and TV Shows
From the late 1940s to the early 1960s, the AJC-radio TV Department produced a steady stream of films related to questions of intergroup relations. Independently or in cooperation with other organizations, AJC produced materials ranging from Spots Before Your Eyes, an award-winning series of cartoons focusing on the benefits of tolerance and understanding, to films on American Jewish history, to dramas such as Destiny’s Tot, starring Robert Duval, which explored the psychological roots of bigotry.

In 2011, AJC began to present theatrical reenactments of its historic achievements. Videos of these performances have become part of our historic film collection.
